Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Talent Tralic — the website, dashboard, and Chrome Extension — operated by Hidani Tech ("Hidani Tech", "we", "us"). By creating an account, installing the extension, or otherwise using Talent Tralic, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. What Talent Tralic Is

Talent Tralic helps job seekers and recruiters track job applications. Core functionality includes:

• Importing job listings from supported job boards.
• Logging applications, timestamped screenshots, and submission status.
• Tracking each application through a pipeline (e.g. saved, applied, interview, offer, closed).
• Recruiter and team-lead dashboards for tracking candidate pipelines across open roles.

We may add, modify, or remove features at any time. Where a change materially reduces functionality you rely on, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance.

2. Accounts & Eligibility

• You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account.
• You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• You're responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it, except where caused by our failure to meet our own security obligations.
• Accounts are assigned a role — candidate, recruiter, team lead, or admin — that determines which features and data you can access. You agree not to attempt to access data or features outside your assigned role.

3. The Chrome Extension

The Talent Tralic Chrome Extension reads job data and captures screenshots only on the specific pages you interact with, and only when you initiate an action. Full details of what the extension accesses, why, and how that data is handled are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Installing the extension from the Chrome Web Store additionally subjects you to Google's own Chrome Web Store terms for the marketplace itself.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Talent Tralic to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent job applications or candidate information.
• Scrape, bulk-export, or resell data accessed through the platform for purposes unrelated to your own job search or recruiting.
• Attempt to bypass access controls, reverse-engineer the extension or platform, or interfere with the service's normal operation.
• Use another person's account, or a candidate's data, without authorization.
• Upload content that is unlawful, infringing, or that you don't have the right to share (e.g. a screenshot containing another person's private information).

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.

5. Subscriptions & Payment

• Core application tracking is free to use. Recruiter and team-lead features are available on paid plans.
• Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice ahead of your next billing cycle.
• Unless required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase, fees are non-refundable. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• You're responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase, aside from taxes based on our net income.

6. Your Content & Our License

You retain ownership of the job data, screenshots, and other content you submit ("Your Content"). By using Talent Tralic, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and process Your Content solely to provide and improve the service to you. We don't sell Your Content, and we don't use it to train unrelated products. Deleting your account removes Your Content per the retention terms in our Privacy Policy.

7. Intellectual Property

The Talent Tralic name, logo, website, extension, and underlying software are owned by Hidani Tech and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any right to use our branding, trademarks, or source code outside of using the service as intended.

8. Third-Party Job Boards & Sites

Talent Tralic reads job data from third-party sites (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed) that you visit voluntarily. We aren't affiliated with, and don't control, those sites, and aren't responsible for their content, availability, or terms of service. Your use of those sites remains subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimers

Talent Tralic is provided "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will result in job offers, candidate placements, or any particular outcome. Tracking data (e.g. response rates, timelines) is provided for informational purposes and depends on the accuracy of what you and third-party sites provide.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hidani Tech won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, including loss of data, missed job opportunities, or lost profits, arising from your use of Talent Tralic — even if we've been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that can't be limited under applicable law.

11. Termination

You may stop using Talent Tralic and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service — in the latter case, with reasonable advance notice where practical. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, notify you directly. Continued use of Talent Tralic after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in Hidani Tech's place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
